Return Policy

All items not manufactured or designed by AIAUST, where they are supplied on behalf of the Vendor. The vendor in question are warranted against defects in design, manufacturing and workmanship for a period as set out by this vendor available from there website policy area, from date of purchase. If any product is in question, call or write to AIAUST for a Return Merchandise Authorization “RMA” to accompany the returned product’s. A return authorization number is required for all returns. All RMA work performed out of warranty will require payment in advance prior to return ship of equipment. Payment can be made via credit card or direct payment, then once the repair is paid for the equipment will be shipped back.

Returns are only accepted by prior written approval from AIAUST within (7) seven days of receipt from customer. All returns require an RMA to be issued from AIAUST. AIAUST does not warrant application of any product. In the event AIAUST agrees to accept return of any product, an RMA will be issued along with a 15% restocking fee (shipping and any other fees are not refunded) will be charged against such a transaction. All returns that are approved will receive a credit for that order (less shipping and fees) good for one year.

Again, AIAUST does not in any way warrant applications; only published technical specifications available from the vendors official website.
